Slow me down oh creator ease the poundng of my heart by the calming of my mind... teach me the art of taking a breath or two... to look at a flower...read few lines from a good book to smile at a child...to appreciate ur creation.. help me know that the race is not always to the swift let me look upon the towering oak and know tht  it grew mighty and strong because it grew slowly nd well...
